- Delivery: Accurate, high-quality work delivered on schedule.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English.
- Experience: 2-5 years in IT; 1+ year in Project/Studio Management.
- Education: Degree in Computer/Software Engineering.
- Technical: Strong grasp of SDLC and ASP.NET.
