Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • To be approachable at all times.
  • Customer guidance with reference to online renewals and payments.
  • Assist in the successful delivery of client solutions, client support and systems implementations.
  • Enhance and maintain existing clientele hosting data.
  • Understand the marketing objective for each client and deliver above marked expectations.
  • To adhere to the timeframes of domain and hosting renewals.
  • Attention to detail with good level of accuracy.

Process and Team working

  • Ensure effective communication with the Techsupport team.
  • To understand the overview of the technical side of the project.
  • To actively participate in the team meetings to exchange information and ideas.

Required Knowledge and skills
